beSTEAM – SOLTEC

BESTEAM SOLTEC is an event where women workers of the company SOLTEC, with STEAM profiles, had the opportunity to share with girls from different schools in the Region of Murcia, their professional and personal life experience, clearing concerns that help to expand their professional expectations, becoming references for them.
On this occasion, the participating students learned about professions such as electronics and automation technician, mechanical engineer, foreign trade expert, energy engineer, industrial engineer or aerospace engineer.
The main objective of this activity is to increase the participation of female students in STEAM studies. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths).
SOLTEC is consolidated as a reference company in the Region, leaders in photovoltaic solar tracking technology, which is committed to promoting entrepreneurial and innovative projects that are committed to society and the environment.
