We present the Gender Equality Plan of THE EUROPEAN BUSINESS AND INNOVATION CENTRE FOUNDATION OF MURCIA (CEEIM), drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2007 of 22 March, for the effective equality of women and men, and royal decrees of development.

The Equality Plan (2022-2024) presented in this document aims to reflect the process towards effective equality between women and men, in accordance with the commitment made by this institution. This Foundation understands that the existence of formal equality within the institutions does not guarantee real equality of opportunities between women and men, which is why it is necessary to design and implement specific actions that help to make the most of the potential and capabilities of all staff, consolidate the presence of women in all fields and increase motivation and commitment to work.

Furthermore, overcoming gender prejudices and stereotypes improves the functioning and performance of the organisation and makes it possible to achieve a better working environment and, consequently, a greater degree of effectiveness and involvement in the Foundation’s common project.
