Alberta Pelino

Alberta has a Bachelor and a Master degree in Economics. She worked for several years in the financial sector in London, focusing on investment strategies. Now, she is working in her own project, Fibi, helping other women to acquire financial, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Fibi is an EdTech platform and Community with the mission of contributing to reducing the financial gender gap and to promote the financial empowerment of women.

When she was 19, she founded the no-profit association YAS (Young Ambassadors Society), with the goal of empowering young people and helping them to be part of the political decision-making process. YAS is now the largest association in Italy that works with political institutions, international organizations and companies, to promote projects that empower youth through education programs and youth representation in the G7 and G20 process.
