GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES:
The main objective of this project is to detect and develop talent/skills based on real employment opportunities detected in a certain geographical area.
The German SHS Foundation has developed a tool called “Employment Radar”, whose main functionality is to match the talent, qualification of job seekers, with job offers that fit their profiles in their geographical areas. This tool is of vital importance to improve and facilitate the job search, as well as to obtain information to adapt, improve and promote the qualification of future workers based on the needs of local companies. In other words, to go in the opposite direction to the current one:
- Detect real employment opportunities (employment radar)
- Training to acquire the necessary skills to perform these jobs (talent development)
- Evaluate the results of the employment radar and the talent diagnosis to give individual recommendations for training measures or support for the creation of services by the participants (expert hearing)
Thanks to the project, the participating partner regions will be able to adapt and transfer the methodology to their respective territories, with the aim of being able to fight unemployment.
