PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The main objective of this project is to foster the entrepreneurial spirit at an early age and enhance its strengths so that young people become aware of their ability to start a business project.
The project is aimed at young people between 15 and 25 years old. During the project, work will be carried out on the adaptation of two methodologies (successfully tested in the lead partner’s German region), including the implementation of a pilot phase. Different actors are involved in the methodology:
- Students.
- Mentors, who are responsible for the implementation of the methodology to the students, they will give the appropriate explanations of the activities to be cdeveloped and will answer their doubts. They will then guide the students in the development of their business ideas.
- Observers, they carry out an observation of the students during the development of the activities and report their feedback to the students (behavior, participation…)
- Experts will analyse the results of the implementation in order to adapt the methodology to their region.
