About
us
The CEEIM, just founded in 2007,
is the first innovation oriented small business
incubator in the Region of Murcia. The non-profit
Foundation is committed to the long-term economic
vitality and growth of entrepreneurial ventures
in the Region. CEEIM addresses problems that innovative
businesses have in obtaining appropriate technology,
market information, management assistance and
access to capital, by providing reasonably priced
office space, shared services to reduce overhead
costs, and business, technical and financing assistance.

Services
We offer three major areas of support:
1.- Space rentals: CEEIM
offers 23 offices for renting, of 25, 50 and 100 square
metres, for up to three years maximum, on an annual
base. Includes parking, high-speed internet access,
incubator program,… among other services.

2.- Shared Business
services (physical CEEIM facilities):
Meeting and Conference rooms, Audio/Visual equipment,
Computer Lab use, copying services, etc).
3.- Wide Start-Up
and Management Assistance: Direct hands-on
business assistance to all CEEIM clients: Making
up a successful Business Plan, Financial aid
search, assistance with funding applications,
search for investors and/or strategic partners,
legal help (intellectual property, etc), management
advisory services…
